  • Functional Nutrition

Functional Nutrition works to heal the body through a holistic approach of healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

Often, our health challenges are daunting and mysterious.

We search to discover the root cause of your problems so the real healing can began.

We take a deeper dive into nutrition and its effect on body systems.

This involves educating people about how diet and lifestyle are critical foundational pieces of health and that it's never too late to feel better.

Functional nutrition looks at nutritional facts, but in the context of an individual’s physiological makeup and how they live, such as how often they move, the quality of their relationships, and their stress level.

Just because a food or food group has been demonstrated as being “good for you,” it doesn’t mean it’s good “for you” — one size doesn’t fit all!

  • Therapeutic Massage & Craniosacral Therapy

There are many different types of massage and relaxing therapies offered by massage therapists. Massages often vary in pressure and muscle group focus.

    Lymphatic Massage
Encourages the natural drainage of the lymph. The purpose of lymph drainage is to carry waste away from the tissues and towards the heart by using light, rhythmic hand movements.

    Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Using gentle hand pressure to manipulate the skeleton and connective tissues, typically the head, skull, and sacrum. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction.
