Cassie was raised in Algona, IA, the oldest of three sisters. She grew up dancing (which is where her love and interest for the body and how muscles work together came from). She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Iowa State University in 2021. She then pursued Massage Therapy at Iowa Lakes Community College, graduating in 2023.

Cassie is passionate about helping people reach their highest wellness potential in all aspects of mind, body, and spirit through Massage Therapy.

She uses a variety of Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Stretching Techniques to promote the release of muscle tension and relaxation. Each Massage session is tailored to your specific needs and wellness goals. Cassie also uses Himalayan Salt Stones and Cupping to promote the release of muscle tension and bring relaxation of the body and mind.

• Deep Tissue Massage is a workout for your muscles, in a different way than they are used to. The lengthening of the muscle and movement of the tissues can cause you to feel sore in areas. Problem areas of pain are not always the actual problem, and Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the body as a whole.

• Stretching on your own after a massage, and in between sessions, not only increases flexibility, but it also helps limit the amount of soreness. Stretching your chest and opening the chest muscles is one of the easiest ways to relieve back pain.

• Himalayan Salt Stones, act as an extension of hands, while heat works into the muscle to provide deeper relief to improve circulation, gently exfoliate the skin, enhance detoxification, reduce inflammation, and much more.

• Cupping focuses on blood and autologous healing substances in a specific area, to stimulate metabolic activity. It also increases red blood cells, thus delivering oxygenated blood to the areas of tension.

Some hobbies Cassie looks forward to are weight training, baking on occasion, and spending as much time in the sun as possible. She also enjoys walks with her two dogs, motorcycle rides, and gardening. Cassie is passionate about learning new skills, as well as keeping up with the endless aspects of massage, and especially how the well-being of the body is uniquely intriguing and interesting.
